Dena has been in Property Mgmt. for over 20 years. Multi-family-Single Family and HOAs. She has worked for both large and small management companies and private owners. Dena has a through knowledge of the “business” and understands-recognizes the importance of taking care of her customer. She will find a solution for any issue. Most of her career was in the Phoenix Metro area, so being in the Raleigh area and learning her way around is exciting. Finding someone a place to lay their head at night to her is still the most important part of the “business”

She has come out of retirement after 3 years of pulling an RV across the country and working at Yellowstone National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. She has had several careers. Her first job (she is proud to say) was as a Tour Guide/Guest Relations at Walt Disney World for 10 years back in the 70s. She was a Music Major in College and was a “Kid of the Kingdom” singer/dancer at Walt Disney World for several years.

She moved to the Raleigh area 5 years ago to be close to her Daughter and 2 Grandchildren 9 and 7, who live in Clayton. She was born in Texas, grew up in Florida and lived in Maine and Arizona
