Carlos Colón III  was born and raised in New York but relocated to North Carolina in 2007 and has called this state his home ever since. Throughout his life, he has worked in many different industries which have provided him with a wealth of knowledge in many fields that help him succeed in everything he has done. He has been in the rental industry for over 8 years and enjoys finding innovative ways to make both the homeowner and the tenant happy. Customer service is his top priority.

Carlos is happily married to his wife of 15 years and has two amazing children and a dog. He loves to travel. Disney and cruising are his go-to destinations. In his spare time, he is usually driving his kids to all their special classes, whether it’s his daughter’s dance classes, drum lessons or acting class or his son acting classes, or taekwondo training, he is busy. When he does have time to himself he loves to go to the theater and comedy clubs with his wife and is an avid sports fan.
